Shipping Fees
A fixed shipping fee of Rs. 280 applies to all orders. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even if an order is returned or exchanged..
Order Processing
•Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
•You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, which will include a tracking number for monitoring your shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fauxmance, we take pride in the quality of our products. We offer returns and exchanges under some conditions to ensure a smooth operation and to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
1.Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
2.Condition of Item: The item must be in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show any signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for return or exchange.
3.Reason for Return: Returns will be considered in the event of:
•A manufacturing defect.
•The wrong item being shipped.
Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., change of mind or color choice) are not eligible.
4.Inspection Process: All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection before approval. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet the criteria.
